• Kitchen Usage: Due to State Health Department regulations, kitchen cooking is not permitted. Violations will incur additional cleaning fees.
• Beverage Policy: Per State Liquor License laws, no outside beverages are allowed. All drinks must be purchased at the bar.
• Outdoor Drinking: Consumption of alcohol in the city parking lot is prohibited by Elmhurst city laws. Violations will result in fines and police intervention.
• Rental Duration: Maximum rental period is 4 hours.
