• Kitchen Usage
  To comply with State Health Department regulations, kitchen cooking is not permitted. Violations will incur additional cleaning fees.
• Beverage Policy
  In accordance with State Liquor License laws, outside beverages are prohibited. All drinks must be purchased through our bar.
• Outdoor Drinking
  Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the city parking lot by Elmhurst city ordinance. Violations may result in fines and police intervention.
• Rental Duration
  Maximum rental time is 4 hours, ensuring every event is special yet manageable.
